What your physicians will see
Share this page with a colleague before you send invites — it walks through the exact experience: welcome email, first sign-in, personal schedule, calendar sync, and swap requests. Nothing on this page is live data.
They get a short welcome email
One email per provider, sent when you click Invite on the physicians page. No account setup ahead of time — the link creates their profile.
Hi Dr. Chen,
Your December schedule at Riverside ED is ready. Sign in to see your shifts and add them to your calendar.
Questions? Reply to this email or contact your scheduler.
They sign in — no password required
Providers land on the AIER sign-in page. They can use a magic link, Google, or set a password. Their name and role are pre-filled from your roster.
They see only their shifts
Their My Schedule page shows only shifts assigned to them, in month or list view. They can't see the master schedule or edit assignments — that stays with your schedulers.
They subscribe once — updates flow forever
Each provider gets a private calendar URL. Once they add it to Google, Apple, or Outlook, every future publish, swap, or edit shows up automatically — no re-subscribing.
They request swaps in two taps
If they need coverage, they open a shift and tap Request swap. Eligible colleagues see the ask; your schedulers see who accepted. Every swap is audited.

They get notified when the schedule changes
New month published, shift moved, swap accepted — providers see it in the app and (optionally) via email. Push notifications are on our short-term roadmap.
Ready to invite your team?
You can invite everyone at once or one at a time. Physicians who aren't ready can be added later without disrupting the schedule.
